Refund policy

If you choose to cancel your appointment without rescheduling, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE as stated earlier.

You can however reschedule your appointment within 30 days of the original appointment, to avoid losing your deposit. I require 48 hours notice in the event of a cancellation if you wish to reschedule.

If you cancel your appointment in less than 48 hours, unfortunately your deposit will not be applied to a rescheduled appointment (as I require 48 hours notice to cancel previously booked appointment and reschedule).

If you wish to reschedule you would need to put another deposit for the new appointment.
