RULES FOR DEPOSIT

Please read the following carefully before sending your deposit.  Please consult before booking an appointment.

Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE

In rare cases, where I may be unable to fulfill my duties to you due to (sickness, emergency, suddenly must be out of town etc.) your deposit will be returned or applied to a rescheduled appointment as per request of client.

DEPOSIT AMOUNT

If the cost of the service you are interested in is between $25 to $50, a deposit of $15 is required to reserve your appointment. (No exceptions) 

If the cost of the service you are interested in is $60 or more, a deposit of $30 is required to reserve your appointment.

When you show up for your appointment on the specific date and time that you booked your appointment for, the deposited amount will eventually go towards the total cost of the service provided. (For example, if the cost of the service is $150, you will be expected to pay $120 on the day of service, since you already paid $30 for the deposit.) This will be paid upon the completion of the service.

With that said, if you are late for your appointment for more than 20 minutes, which is the grace period I grant for being late, unfortunately your deposit will no longer be applied to your balance owing at the end of the service.  You will be expected to pay the full price of the service.  I will not begin the service before this clause is understood and accepted.

 

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Parents or guardian of children ages 6 to 8 are expected to remain with their children for the full appointment.

Please do not show up too early for your appointment. If your appointment is booked for 10:00am, you can arrive at 9:55 am. I only have one client at a time, so each client can have their own personal experience, thus no one waiting around.

Please do not schedule any other appointments afterwards in hope that I will finish in time for you to make it in time to your other appointment, especially if it’s a long service that I have to provide.  I do not want to feel rushed, nor do I want to deter from the quality work that I normally provide.

Please come to your appointment well rested to avoid falling asleep in my chair.

Please do not bring any extra persons to your appointment. 

Please do not come with your hair wet or damp. Hair needs to dry and blown out.

Please note, any appointment that is 8 hours or more, I will be taking two 10minute breaks and one 20 minute break to rest and eat.

At Ceehairdesignz, respect is of uttermost important.  Please refrain from any negative energy or hostility or the appointment will be terminated. Deposit would be NON REFUNDABLE and you would be kindly asked to leave.
