Do you work outside of your regular business hours?

My regular business hours are listed on the home page of the website. If there is a special request for me to work outside of my regular business hours, on some occasions, I possibly may be able to accommodate you. However, there would be an extra $25/hr. charge that will be added to the cost of the service for every additional hour that you would like me to work for.
For example, if you need me to start at 7:30am when my regular start time is 9:30am, and the service you booked would have cost you $150, then $50 more would be added to the $150.

Can you please hold my appointment until I send the deposit?

Unfortunately, no I cannot hold an appointment without a deposit. The system will not accept any appointments placed within the calendar without a deposit. 

How many packages of braid do I need to bring?
I will be providing you this information on how many packages of hair and the type of braiding hair to bring to your appointment after I receive confirmation of your deposit. Please wait for this consultation to avoid buying the incorrect hair. 

I already have hair extensions and they are not pre-stretched. Do you stretch hair extensions?

Unfortunately, no I do not stretch extensions and I don’t braid with extensions that are not pre-stretched. Only exception is when the hairstyle is a bob cut that I will be finishing off with rubber bands, then the extension doesn’t need to be pre-stretched. 

Do you wash hair?
No, I do not wash hair. Please come to your hair appointment with your hair washed, dried and detangled/blown out. If I must stretch your hair upon your arrival, there will be an extra charge for this that is listed in the Add On’s section. Please see the picture below on how your hair should be for your appointment. 


For braids that take 10 to 12 hours to get done, can I do half today and come back the next day to finish?
No. I do not braid one person’s hair two days in a row. On an extremely rare occasion, if there is an emergency on my part or the client, where immediate attention is needed, then between myself and the client, we can work something out. 

Can I leave during my appointment to go to store to buy food?
Sorry, no that would cause us to lose too much time.  Please bring snacks and food with you or prepare to order something online and have it delivered.

What payments do you accept?
I accept cash, e-transfer, and every other payment listed on the website.  With regards to e- transfers, your deposit needs to be in my account, upon completion of the service, before you leave my chair.  If you already know that your bank may be a bit slow with delivering e-transfers, then please bring cash to your appointment to avoid waiting for the transaction to be completed.

Do you travel for appointments?
Yes, on some occasions I may travel for appointments, which is totally dependent on my discretion. There would also be an extra charge that I would disclose to the individual client.
